Job Shadowing at FITspiration

This week, employees of the FITspiration team rotated among the different departments to further understand the various tasks completed on a daily basis.

Here's what each department had to say about their rotations:

Marketing: "We learned that although each department has very different tasks, we come together to acheive the same common goal."

Sales: "It was very interesting to see how IT works becuase they need lots of creativity to successfully complete their job."

Information Technology: "We thought is was very cool to see how tasks start because usually, we only see tasks toward the end of their completion as we edit their format."

Accounting: "Accounting loved seeing how departments cooperate with each other to reach a common goal."

Human Resources: "Human Resources learned how to make sales on the phone and why it is important to follow-up on a sale."

As a company, FITspiration agreed that this activity helped employees understand how the business functions internally and externally.
