Congratulations to October's Employee of the Month, Mira Bharatiya! Ms. Bharatiya displays an immense amount of leadership within FITspiration, and specifically the Marketing department. She is an encouraging C.M.O. and our company is pround to have her on our team.

Interviewer: What do you do to motivate others in your department?

Mira Bharatiya: I like to keep it a very relaxed environment, by taking a good 5 minutes to take a break; I’d rather have that and get the work done right rather than done poorly. You should get it done at your own pace.

I:How do you communicate with other departments?

MB:I like to do in person communication, by being face to face discussing.

I: Why do you believe the department you are in makes you worthy enough to receive employee of the month?

MB:Because marketing is the key to success. It’s all about people who are buying the product and we determine who they are.

I: Why are you interested in the field you are in?

MB: I like marketing because you can be very creative, and there are many different angles to approach tasks that need to be done.

I: What inspires you to work hard and be dedicated in your department?

MB:Knowing that what I do is the back bone of this company and will make everything else in this company flow inspires me to reach our goals.

I: How do you approach other employees within your field?

MB: I prefer to talk it out in person and make check on them to see if they need more work or any need help

I: What makes you so successful in your field?

MB: My whole marketing crew works well together and collaborates with each other to improve our department.
